Cancellation Policy

• If our technician is running late, we will update your appointment time and notify you as soon as possible.
• Please book your earliest available time and leave space between appointments.
If a service is booked incorrectly and needs more time, this flexibility helps us adjust your appointment and complete the service without rushing.
Late Policy:
• Running late? Call or text the salon immediately.
• We offer a 10-minute grace period.
After 15 minutes late:
• Your service may be shortened, and the full service fee still applies, or
• No call, no-show fee may be charged according to our policy.
Booking Window:
• Book online up to 30 minutes before your appointment.
• Within 30 minutes of your appointment request, call or text the salon for availability.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
• Within 24 hours: 50% fee.
• Same day: may be charged 100% of the service cost.
